Pumpernickel Bread II

Ingredients:


Cooking Directions:

1 1/2 cups warm milk
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons molasses
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Place ingredients into the bread machine in order suggested by the
machine's manufacturer. Use the the Light Crust or Whole Wheat settings.
Start the machine.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
