Potato Rolls
Serving Size: 12

Ingredients:


Cooking Directions:

2 teaspoons dry yeast
3 cup bread flour
3 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
3 tablespoon wheat bran
3/4 cup mashed potato
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Process on the Dough cycle.

Punch down, make into 12 rolls, flatten, place 3 inches apart on baking
sheet. Let rise to double. Bake in a 350 degree onen for 20 minutes or
pale golden.

This recipe yields 12 rolls.
