Portuguese Sweet Bread II
Ingredients:

3/4 cup water
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup beaten egg
3/4 teaspoon grated fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup dried potato flakes
3 tablespoons frozen pineapple concentrate -- thawed
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
