Pina Colada Bread
Ingredients:

2/3 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice
3 tablespoons rum
3/4 cup warm water -- (110 degrees)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut -- toasted
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the machine's
manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
