Panettone II
Ingredients:

3/4 cup water -- plus
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1/2 cup chopped mixed dried fruit

Place ingredients in bread machine in order directed by your machine's
manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White bread cycle and use the Medium
or Light crust color. Do not use the delay cycles.

If applicable add the chopped fruit when the raisin or nut signal starts
or 5 to 10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
