2/3 cup oat bran
2/3 cup oats
2/3 cup oat flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
