Jalapeño Corn Bread
Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water -- (110 degrees)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup frozen whole kernal corn -- thawed
3 teaspoons chopped jalapeño peppers - (to 4 tspns)

Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the
machine's manufacturer. Add the peppers and whole kernal corn during the
raisin mode if your bread machine has one. Select basic bread setting.
Start.

This recipe yields a 1 pound loaf.

Comments: The crunch of corn meal mixed with the bite of jalapeño
peppers. Just right for a fiesta.
