1 package yeast
3 cup bread flour
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon butter (sweet -- at room temp)
1 cup less 1 T hot water
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest
