Ingredients:

regular loaf
3/4 cup +1 tbsp
water
2 cup white bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
It's best with an extra knead, which my machine doesn't have, so I turn it
off after the first knead and restart it again.
