| Dried Tomato And Rosemary Bread |
Ingredients:

1 cup warm water -- (70 to 80 degrees)
3 tablespoons dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Durkee rosemary leaves -- crushed
3/4 teaspoon Durkee paprika
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer, adding dried tomatoes with the water. Process on
basic/white bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting. Remove
bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; it should form a soft, smooth ball
around the blade. If dough is too stiff or dry, add additional liquid, 1
teaspoon at a time, until dough is of the right consistency. If dough is
too soft or sticky, add additional flour, 1 teaspoon at a time.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Comments: Do not make loaves larger than recommended by your bread
machine manufacturer.
