Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:


Cooking Directions:

1 egg -- room temperature,
plus enough water (80 degrees) to
equal 3/4 cup liquid
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Make sure all ingredients, except water, are at room temperature. Use a
liquid measuring cup to measure the water-egg combination.

Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine.
Use "Dough" program.

Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Divide into 12 pieces and
shape. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm
place for 30 minutes or until double in size.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done.

This recipe yields 12 rolls.
