Dill Pickle Rye Bread
Ingredients:

3/4 cup water
1 cup dill pickle brine
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons shortening
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups rye flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seed
3 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your
machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.

Comments: You may want to reduce or eliminate the salt from the recipe.
The pickle brine should provide all you need.
