Creole Tomato Bread
Ingredients:

1 package active dry yeast
2 3/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons gluten
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon cayene pepper
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely-chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons diced drained pimentos
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 cup canned tomato soup -- plus
1 tablespoon canned tomato soup
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons molasses
2/3 cup V-8 vegetable juice -- warm

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
