| Cottage Dill Bread II |
Ingredients:

2/3 cup warm water -- (110 degrees)
2/3 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon dry milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon dill seed
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
Measure ingredients into the machine in the order suggested by the
machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic Bread cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Comments: A very flavorful bread that is great with any Italian food.
