Cottage Cheese Bread II
Ingredients:

3/4 cup warm water -- (110 degrees)
1 cup cottage cheese -- room temperature
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast

Add the ingredients to the pan of your bread machine in the order
suggested by the manufacturer, and Start. You can use more bread flour if
the dough seems too sticky.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
