Cheddary Bacon Baked Potato Bread
Ingredients:

1 package Eagle Mills Homestyle White bread mix
1 1/4 cup warm water -- (75 to 85 deg), plus
2 tablespoons warm water -- (75 to 85 degrees)
1/2 cup potato flakes
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon

Add water, dry bread mix and potato flakes to bread maker. Use "regular"
or "basic" setting and select light crust option if available. Add bacon
and cheddar when "nut/fruit/additive" indicator sounds.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: This is a very moist and flavorful loaf of bread. Excellent
with soup or salad -- or baked potatoes!
