Cantalope Bread
Ingredients:

1 package active dry yeast
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons gluten
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon grated fresh orange peel
3/4 cup ripe cantaloupe in 1/2" dice
1 cup cantaloupe liquid -- see * Note

* Note: Make cantaloupe liquid in a blender from approximately 1 1/2 cups
of seeded, peeled cantalope chunks, heat.

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle, Dark Crust
setting.

This is a sticky dough, if necessary at end of first knead push down dough
with rubber spatula.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
