Buttermilk Bread 100% Whole Wheat
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/3 cup Gold Medal whole wheat flour
3 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
2 tablespoon dough enhancer
1 teaspoon Fruit Fresh - (used in canning)
2 teaspoon instant active dry yeast

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Process on the Basic or White cycle, Medium Crust
setting.

Near end of first knead make alterations in the liquid/flour ratio if
needed to make a soft moist pliable ball of dough, not too wet, not too
dry.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
