Bacon Egg Bread
Ingredients:

=== MEDIUM 1 1/2 lb LOAF ===
3 large eggs -- plus
enough water to make 1 cup
liquid, plus an additional
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 slices bacon -- cooked crisp,
and crumbled
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your
machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf

Comments : Use bacon fat in place of the butter for a more smoky taste.
